Jenna Ling is qualified in MSc Physiotherapy (pre-registration) at Brunel University London.

Jenna has previously completed several placements throughout London at King’s College Hospital, St. Thomas’ Hospital, London Back Pain Clinic, Rehab Borough, and Community Independent Services at Central and North West London NHS. Prior to completing her master’s, she worked as a physiotherapy assistant at an orthopaedic clinic in Canada.

She enjoys treating the knee and sports-related injuries the most and wants to help others get back to doing the things they love pain free.

If she could travel anywhere in the world, Jenna would love to go to Norway and do a hiking/camping trip across the country. It’s one of her favourite European countries that she has visited and would love to explore it more.

Leon is a qualified Physiotherapist originally from Hong Kong and qualified in Keele University. He has worked in the private sector as a senior physiotherapist since 2018 in Cheshire, prior to moving to Vita Health.

Leon specialises in acupuncture and pain relief. He enjoys working with a range of patients from competitive power lifters to amateur athletes. His passion for rehabilitation and exercise stems from his hobbies outside work which are basketball, weightlifting, bouldering and hiking.

His motto with patients is: “There’s always a reason to pain. Treating pain short term is straight forward – but figuring out the root cause of the pain and understanding the source of pain is the most important part of physiotherapy. Once the source is identified – pain can be treated short and long term. Long term management is just as important as short-term management. Prevention is better than treatment!”

Leon is based at our Crystal Palace clinic.

Matt is a qualified Physiotherapist, originally from the Sunshine Coast in Australia before obtaining an undergraduate degree from Brunel University London.

Matt enjoys working with a wide range of patients, with the aim to get everyone living a pain free life. To do so he values developing a strong rapport with his patients to help build a personalised exercise programme that keeps the patient engaged and excited.

His passion for rehabilitation and teamwork stems from a strong sporting background, having grown up playing football, tennis, and volleyball to name a few. So, he fully understands the frustrations of not being able to participate and enjoy your passions due to pain or injury.

Outside of Physiotherapy, Matt enjoys playing football and travel, with the ambition to one day tick off every corner of the globe.

Matt is based out of our Battersea and Crystal Palace Clinics.

Natasha recently graduated from King’s College London with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. She holds a 1st class honours degree in Biomedical Sciences, as well as an ITEC Level 3 diploma in Sports Massage.

Natasha has worked with a variety of patients across different settings, gaining experience within specialities such as musculoskeletal, neurology, respiratory, learning disabilities and women’s health. This has driven her keen interest in the management of acute and chronic injuries, helping patients to reach their full rehabilitative potential whilst also minimising the risk of future injury.

Natasha is fascinated by the uniqueness of the human body and strives to take an individualised, evidence-based approach in her treatment plans. She has a strong scientific background and passion for research, having won academic awards for physiology and recently undertaken a short project exploring hip pain amongst athletic females.

Natasha has worked for Vita Health group as a receptionist since July 2021 and therefore has a deep understanding of the company and its values.

In her free time, Natasha enjoys catching up with friends, playing netball, running and watching Crystal Palace football on the weekends.

Sarah studied at St Thomas Hospital and graduated with level 3 in Sports Massage. She has also obtained qualifications in Holistic and Pregnancy Massage, Pilates and fitness.

Sarah believes that massage provides physiological and psychological benefits, given the right support and maintenance, the body has the natural ability to heal a great many dysfunctions.

Her approach is tailored to the individual needs of the patient using a range of hands-on techniques aimed to relive tension and help restore function throughout the body. She also includes advice on exercise, lifestyle to promote health and well-being in the long term, encourage patients to take an active role in their recovery to prevent further injury.

Sarah works with a wide range of people from helping sports people maintain good form and recover from muscle strains or stresses, those who suffer from muscles imbalance due to their work lifestyle, pregnancy or those who need help with relaxation.
