Inge qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in Bristol 20 years ago, building on her earlier BSc (Hons) in Physiology and Pharmacology from King’s College London and a career in corporate health promotion, where she developed international wellbeing services for organisations such as Freshfields and the European Commission.

Her assessments are thorough and focused on identifying the true source of your pain. Inge explains her findings clearly and provides effective treatment using mobilisation, sports taping, ultrasound for tissue healing, and acupressure. She also designs short, targeted exercise programmes and corrects maladaptive movement patterns that may contribute to future injury. Her approach uses biomechanics to help the body support the healing area while maintaining performance and minimising pain.

Inge has worked in major London teaching hospitals, including the Royal Free, where she managed complex conditions alongside specialist clinics. She later became Clinical Lead in a private Westminster practice, collaborating closely with Harley Street consultants. She has also developed innovative graded therapy services with immunologists and rheumatologists, contributing to global research trials for chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and burnout.

Her clients span all ages, abilities, and activity levels—from sedentary individuals to international athletes. Some see her once, others until their goals are met, and many continue as long‑standing clients as issues they thought were permanent begin to improve.

Josh graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. He has since worked as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist in GP practices and private clinics, and previously held a specialist role within the NHS MSK department. These experiences have given him a strong foundation across the full spectrum of musculoskeletal care.

He stays up to date with the latest evidence‑based treatment approaches and is committed to delivering high‑quality, individualised care. Josh recognises that every person is unique and that pain or injury often has multiple contributing factors. He also believes strongly in the connection between mindset and physical wellbeing. His treatment approach may include joint manipulations, medical acupuncture, dry needling, electrotherapy, myofascial release, and a collaboratively designed rehabilitation programme. He is also a certified sleep science coach and is currently completing a degree in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture.

Josh has experience working in rugby and football and has competed nationally in swimming. He also has a military background, giving him a deep understanding of structured training, nutrition, and the mental resilience required during rehabilitation.

He takes a holistic approach to helping patients achieve meaningful results and reach their goals. Outside of work, Josh enjoys travelling and going to the gym.

Matt is a New Zealand–trained physiotherapist who graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2017.

He has worked across the musculoskeletal field throughout his career, gaining experience in private practice, sports settings, and orthopaedic rehabilitation.

Matt has a particular interest in post‑operative and sports physiotherapy. He has worked with New Zealand representatives in cricket, football, hockey, and gymnastics, supporting athletes through injury management and return‑to‑sport programmes.

He believes in a holistic, tailored approach to treatment, ensuring each patient receives care that aligns with their goals and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys cricket, golf, diving, and spending time outdoors.

Rudi qualified with honours in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in 2012 and has worked in private practice ever since. She has extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, back and postural pain, whiplash, and post‑operative rehabilitation. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in Pilates and specialist clinical Pilates for pregnancy. Rudi integrates her training in acupuncture, manual therapy, neural mobilisation, and progressive strength and conditioning to support effective injury recovery.

She has a strong interest in the psychological and social factors that influence pain and has completed an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. This additional expertise allows her to take a holistic approach to chronic pain and to support patients returning to sport at any level.

Outside of work, Rudi enjoys baking, yoga, and all things creative.
