Testimonials

What our patients say

A man smiles warmly, wearing a blue shirt and tan jacket, standing outdoors against a background of colorful building siding.

The webinar course helped me to identify my anxiety and think of practical strategies to help myself.

Amar, Calderdale

A person smiles broadly, standing outdoors with a blurred background of green foliage and hints of yellow, possibly flowers, in a sunlit setting.

From the workbooks to the discussions during the group sessions I found myself worrying less and finding difficult situations easier to manage. The staff members running the sessions were professional but also personal, they made me feel calm and listened too. I am have been able to continue to use the techniques taught when I have encountered tough moments.

Jacqueline, Leicester

A person with light hair, wearing a maroon sweater, looks to the side in a softly lit room with a blurred background.

Having access to a talking therapy webinar once a week for 6 weeks helped me immediately instead of waiting to speak to a therapist. The sessions were informative and played a crucial role in my healing process. The work books provided by the service gave me the tools to practice in my own time and when and if negative thoughts occurred I could put the tools learned to practice straight away.

Dan, Bristol

A person is smiling while sitting indoors, wearing a blue shirt. They appear relaxed and approachable, conveying a sense of warmth and friendliness in a professional setting.

The therapist spoke in a confident but calm and gentle manner and every stage of the course was explained in an easily understandable way. I felt that, although it was a group therapy session, the therapist was talking just to me as an individual, but with the benefit of comments/answers from other members of the group during the Slido polls, which I found beneficial.

Anna, Nottingham

A person is sitting and smiling on a sofa. They are wearing a green jacket. The background features a bookshelf with books and plants, and a brick wall.

The course was very helpful for dealing with my anxiety and worrying behaviour. It gave me tools and methods to use which are helpful in controlling my symptoms.

George, Kent & Medway

A person is sitting outdoors, smiling slightly at the camera. The background features lush greenery, creating a serene, natural setting.

I know 100%, without your help I would not have got the job or felt prepared for any of the interviews I’ve had, as I had no clue how to conduct myself in the right manner with my anxiety, but you really made me feel so calm and relaxed right from the first call, and gave me all I needed to feel confident in the interviews.

A person is smiling, holding a rolled-up document, and wearing a black top. The background is blurred, suggesting an outdoor setting.

You really did change my life for the better and therefore I wanted to email to show you my gratitude. I’ll be forever grateful.

Nick was very calm, clear and compassionate. He didn’t judge in any way and, considering I was very nervous and apprehensive having never done a talking therapy before, he made the process easy
