Counselling provides a safe and confidential space to talk about your feelings and experiences. Unlike CBT, counselling is less structured and focuses on exploring your thoughts and emotions without necessarily aiming for specific behavioural changes. It is ideal for those dealing with life changes, relationship issues, or simply needing someone to talk to.
The service is available to UK residents over the age of 18 and you do not need a GP referral to book.
