Maintaining wellbeing amidst civil unrest

When the social and political landscape breaks through into our lives, leading to riots and civil unrest, the impact can feel very frightening and destructive. The climate of fear, destruction and uncertainty can scar individuals, neighbourhoods and nations. Even if you aren’t directly involved, news and social media can make you feel as if you are. Direct and indirect exposure to civil unrest can take a toll on your body and mind. This webinar discusses this and suggests self-help techniques to maintain your wellbeing in difficult times.
