Crisis support

We are not an emergency service and are not able to help if you are experiencing a mental health crisis.

If you are at immediate risk of harm, call 999 or go to A&E now.

If it is not a 999 emergency but you are experiencing an immediate mental health crisis, call 111, and select the mental health option.
