This Pilates session is suitable for fit and healthy individuals and is popular with club-level athletes.

Price:                                     £66 for course in advance or £11 drop-in subject to availability
Instructor:                           Brigit Brown – Level 3 Pilates Instructor and UKA leader in running fitness

Priority will be given to those signing up for a course.  Payment required by Tuesday 1 September to secure a place. Brigit will supply bank details to those signing up.  Please note that it is not possible to offer refunds, substitutes or carry-overs.
