Using our current book of business mapped against location data currently, 90% of patients can be offered access to physiotherapy within a 5-mile radius, 95% within 10 miles and 99% within 15 miles. This large footprint means no matter where patients are situated we can carry out treatment conveniently and efficiently.
Clients referred for physiotherapy treatment sessions after a Technical Clinical Assessment (TCA) will be seen for an initial assessment within 2 working days or at the next on-site clinic day of our Physiotherapist concluding that Face to Face treatment is required.
A summary of the triage assessment will be issued to the treating physiotherapy to inform their assessment and treatment plan. The assessment comprises a physical clinical evaluation, screening for psychosocial issues and a job demands interview to ascertain current capability to undertake their full role.
Based on this information we devise work recommendations or a return to work plan which is underpinned by a proposed treatment plan.
Referrals can be made directly to our Caseflow portal with an initial appointment booked on-line or via phone/email to our National Service Centre (NSC) who will contact your employee to arrange a Telephonic Clinical Assessment (TCA or triage call).
This is delivered by a UK based Vita Health Group – employed Chartered Physiotherapist. All referrals are supported by our case management service from initial triage through to discharge.
Virtual Physiotherapy
Vita Health Group can deliver assessments and treatments via video consultation. Our secure, virtual platform is built within our Vita Health Client Management System, offering individuals convenient and accessible appointments instead of traditional face-to-face appointments.
Accessing your video appointment is straightforward by clicking a link on your mobile phone, PC or tablet. Vita Health Group clinicians are all certified to deliver virtual physiotherapy and support clients regardless of physical location.
