Menopause brings various physical, emotional, and psychological changes, including stress, anxiety, mood swings, and sleep issues. To celebrate World Menopause Day, services across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland are collaborating to host a menopause roadshow countywide during the week of 14th October.
If you can’t join us in person, join our online session on Friday 18th October to learn more about the support available from NHS Talking Therapies, The Menopause Awareness Raising Service, Everyone Active, and Active Together. To book your place, click here.
If you have any questions regarding the event please contact Sophiea.penny@vhg.co.uk

The first part of the session will be informal and drop-in style. There’s no need to book ahead for this. However, for those interested in taking part in the optional exercise session, Everyone Active requires advance booking. We encourage you to stay for as much or as little of the event as you’d like, making the day as flexible and enjoyable as possible.
