Online therapy is ideal if you don’t want to travel or you’re pushed for time. Accessible via smartphone, tablet or home computer – any time day or night – this treatment option is designed to work around your schedule. What’s more, service reviews prove this option is just as effective as face-to-face treatments.
We’ll ask you to complete a series of guided modules about the difficulties you’re experiencing. The modules are housed in a highly interactive informative space to help you learn, reflect and recover. You can work through the modules any time and as often as you like throughout the week. Your therapist will arrange a regular check-in time for feedback, questions and concerns. Don’t worry if you’re not in or can’t plan ahead, your therapist will see what you’ve done or the difficulties you’ve had by looking at what you’ve submitted. They will then leave notes and ideas that you can check when it suits you.
We offer a series of programmes to treat anxiety, depression or stress. Each programme has a set of interactive modules that you can customise to your own requirements.
Every programme provides the tools, activities and education to tackle anxiety, depression or stress. Importantly, all of them are delivered in a safe and confidential space. You’ll be encouraged to complete a 30-40-minute session once a week, over an 8-10 week period. Activities completed between sessions are an essential part of the programme.
A dedicated Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) will monitor your progress throughout the programme, giving guidance and encouragement through regular reviews. By sharing content with your PWP, they’ll be able to respond in a more personal way and provide guidance that’s relevant to you. The platform also supports the secure exchange of messages between you and your supporter.
This is about gaining a better understanding of the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviour as well as an increased awareness of your moods and anxious thoughts. You’ll be given the tools to define and face your anxiety one step at a time. These include an anxiety monitor chart, coping thoughts tool and worry time app. The goal is to learn how to manage your anxiety, challenge anxious thoughts and develop coping strategies to feel better.
We’ll show you how to observe your moods, thoughts and behaviour patterns, so that you can understand how they’re connected. You’ll learn to spot and challenge negative thoughts, unhelpful patterns and balance core beliefs. After a little practice you’ll be able to increase the positive behaviours that improve your mood and motivation.
