Having a diverse team allows us to adopt any one of a variety of support styles to suit your needs. We can provide a range of group classes at varied times in a location convenient to you, individual face-to-face sessions, or over the phone as well as a secure video link.
We’re a free and confidential service working on behalf of the NHS. We’re also part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme, which has transformed the treatment of adult anxiety disorders and depression in England.
Our team of mental health experts are highly trained, accredited practitioners committed to providing the highest standard of clinical care to people in need.
